Ok this is not really possible to do as an addon. It would take a client running an ESO account on a server 24/7 (not to mention that the addon API does not allow parsing everything for every campaign available..most of the events fire...

Really liking this so far, will keep an eye on it for future features!
Would like to see options for fade-out time and sound.
Fadeout time option will be in next version along with option to also output the alert to your chat tab so you can't miss it:)
These were already in my long TODO list;)
