Request: Rotating MiniMap

Is there an kind soul out there that could make a 'Rotating MiniMap'. A standalone.
I know there's one available with AUI, but I don't like to install entire packages that changes the UI :(
If not, does anyone know of one that works with HotR?

You can disable all the other AUI modules and use only the minimap.
