Unable to see AddOns

Hello, I am unable to find my installed AddOns.

I am on EU servers and have read many forums say I need to create a 'liveeu' folder instead of using the standard 'live' folder, but when I do so and I then choose EU at the launcher start up the file becomes 'live' and has a 'live_archive' folder under 'C:\Users\Ross\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\'.

I have now tried installing multiple AddOns using curse, minion and manually.

I have checked the Onedrive issue and have also copy and pasted all the files in the OneDrive folder to make sure it isn't reading from there which made no change.

Also, many people have mentioned extra files/folders within the destination give above (AddOnSettings.txt/ShaderCache.cooked/UserSettings.txt/SavedVariables/Logs/Errors) which I don't have in any of my folders, and after doing the search in Windows it comes up with nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Note: On some Windows 10 machines it may be located in %userprofile%\OneDrive\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\ if One Drive is active.

I already stated I have been through this.

The lack of other files in the folder strongly suggests you're in the wrong location. Try taking a screenshot and see if a "screenshots" folder pops up somewhere.
