Minion doesn't start

Im just installed Minion and when try launch it i get "not responding". Error in packager.dll. I tried 32bit version and 64bit. OS Win7 Pro 64bit

Its ok. I just have a non-Eng characters in default path, re-intstal in other path with Eng characters solves the problem
