Onscreen Notes
 

A way of putting a text box on the screen with some notes inside it that stay permanently it's just for learning rotations etc I thought it'd be a good idea to help people out.

Would it be possible to create some sort of Text box on the screen that looks like chat or something, that allows us to type in it but not post anything. If so could it be created :)

Did you check the provided links to Notebooks and TInote and if the addons still work?
Both provide what you are requesting, though they do not look like the chat.
