Could this be related to frequent crash and character beeing stuck in world and not able to log in ?

It should not be related to your crashes.
This error occurs because you have DressingRoom installed which has a way outdated and buggy version of LAM included. You can either delete the LibAddonMenu folder in DressingRoom, or just switch to a different addon which is still maintained. ;)
