so not listed in documents folder
 

Like isaid in subject line, when I go to documents ESO is not listed. What can I do to fix this or is there another way of adding mods?

Have you logged in and played ESO yet? That folder isn't made until you first play.

Are you on windows 10 and using onedrive? Check your onedrive folder.

Did you move your docments folder to another drive?
Check drive c:\user\windows user name\documents\Elder Scrolls Online then or the drive where you have moved the documents folder to.
