Trying to figure out this skill I keep seeing
 
I keep seeing this skill that looks like a Poison Nova from a Diablo 2 necromancer in Youtube gameplay footage. I am wondering what skill that is. (Is it a class skill? A weapon or guild skill?) Anyone that might have information to share on this I would be grateful.
