Minion is not working correctly.
 

I have tried installing and uninstalling and installing into a new directory... Every time I get the same issue.

If I am logged on or not.

Minion will ask to scan, it finds my ESO addons (I know because I looked in the log) and then it just shows me... well basically nothing...

A big blank grey nothing...

I see the images of it online, and obviously this is not what it is supposed to do...

(Also this is my first time using Minion, so it NEVER worked for me from the beginning.)

I have the fixed this problem myself.
 

After taking a second look at the logs it occurred to me that you are using java to run the app.

The issue looked java related to me but I thought I had the most recent java. (It was last updated fairly recently BTW) I did in fact need an update, and doing so fixed the issue.

Minion seems to be working correctly now.

So the problem that makes the screen turn blank is most likely related to what version of Java is installed by the user.

I think that you should make a sticky regarding this specific issue so that everyone that gets this error can save time and effort by attempting to self troubleshoot, as I have seen other threads of users claiming to have the exact same issue.
