https://tamrieltradecentre.com/ is not for download here on ESOUI but has own site. I never trust addons not from ESOUI but this one looks legit. Any opinion?

I would assume that the file available on the TTC website is exactly the same, but if you're wary of downloading an executable, then you can get it from here (the admins on this site check all executables first)
