Cand find liveeu/addons folder.
 

Hey! I just started to play yesterday ESO. I was reading this thread and found many tips, but I just cant find on my addons folder or liveeu/addons at all. I also bought this game through steam. I was testing by downloading addon named "spamfilter". Did reloadui etc. Tried to find those folders, like many you have said here. But is it different on steam how to install addons on ESO, if so, how I get through this? :)

I also downloaded Minion software and it didnt work either.
