i will be appreciate if anyone will check for those code like was in Atlas before - autosending gold, or its impossible now?

Whether or not you agree with the author, the author does have right to pull addons and forbid redistribution. Posting them again is copyright infringement. Theoretically you could be sued. In practice, you probably won't, but that still doesn't mean you should.

Of course, things change if the author releases the addon with an open source license. For example, I released my addons under the GPL which means you can modify and/or redistribute (as long as you release it for free under the GPL). If I deleted those from the site someone else could reupload it just fine.
