Online player search?
 

Is there an addon that will list all players that are online in the zone your player character is standing in? Or a search addon for entire game to look for an individual player without having to whisper them to see if they are online? I am talking players that are not in your friend/guild.

If you know the @UserID, there is the ignore trick (ignore someone, game will show you if it is online)

But this can't be done in an addon because it triggers a social request which have a cooldown of 1 per 3 seconds.

If you don't know the userid, there's nothing.
