Not recognizing addons

Hi there,

I've tried directing Minion to my addon folder C:\users\user\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns
and it does nothing just remains blank. I tried deleting the .xml and restarting and even reinstalling minion. Any help is greatly appreciated. I believe i have the log and xml attached to this post.

Hi, can you explain "remains blank"? Maybe a screenshot would help.

He literally means "remains blank." after pointing minion to the addon folder and clicking select, nothing happens. ESO doesn't show up under "My games " hence the "remains blank". I know because I had this problem, but somehow it fixed itself when I restarted minion.
