[notabug] Minor Magickasteal not always broadcasted correctlyec
 

When Elemental Drain is applied by someone else EVENT_COMBAT_EVENT is not firing whenever magicka is returned via the Minor Magickasteal effect. When Elemental Drain is applied by oneself however, an event with result = ACTION_RESULT_POWER_ENERGIZE is fired as expected and known for other magicka returns.
It is even fired when other players get Magicka from your elemental drain.

I think the behaviour should be that when a player receveis magicka, the event should fire.

Hmm, I'm not experiencing this. Are you sure your magicka is below max? The energize won't fire if you are already at max magicka.

yes I'm pretty sure, since during the test I was doing my normal rotation and didn't see a single tick of it unless I cast it myself. I'll check once more though and provide the code.

So I looked at it again and found that It was my fault all along.
That it happened to LUI at the same time was a coincidence then.
The problem was, that I filtered the sourceType.

So I'm very sorry for the confusion I caused, but thanks for looking in to this!

It's all good. Combat can be pretty complicated.
