i've tried everything and i can't work it out..
i tried to install them manually and thru minion.
no success.

If you go to your addons folder are they properly installed? i.e. unzipped, not two folders deep or anything?

Check the Help FAQ above in the menu to find your addons folder.
And if you use OneDrive check the forums here, as Eso is not using it properly. So move your documents folder away from it so Eso finds it again.
