Access Sites

Is there anything in the API that would allow for calls to a website or SQL database?

no. 0 interaction with net, 0 interaction with system, 0 with io.

You can write to savedvars, that's all.

The only way to come even close would be to have a windows app read your SavedVariables, parse them, put them into the DB. Then if you want to access them you'd have to do it all again in reverse.

and you'll need to sniff eso app closure for uploading data or do it manually. And this already exists.
