Prevent the game camera from deactivating or reactivate it when it's been deactivated
 

When we interact with someone it shows us the dialogue, before displaying the dialogue on screen an event is fired called "EVENT_GAME_CAMERA_DEACTIVATED", essentially halting the game camera so you can't move/go third person.

Has anyone made any progress in figuring out how to reactivate it? I can't find anything on that specific event other than an id.
