Minion stuck In loading bar

After the last beta I seem to have lost the ability to run Minion.
I open it and updated but then it gets stuck on a loading screen with the client in the back ground.
Under the loading bar it reads

Initializing Window controls.
Fetching Global Configuration.
Loading ESO game data.
Loading ESO categories.
Loading ESO addons.

But it stays stuck there, and am completely unable to do anything with the client. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times and that is where I am at.

Does this have to do with the recent changes to the API? I figured this close to launch I should be able to use Minion to update to the latest addons prior to launch.

Not using EU. I deleted the live folder as another thread suggested, and ran the launcher to create a new one that did not work.

Are you on Windows or Mac?

You need a AddOn folder so if you deleted them restore the folders under live/AddOns. Then try deleting your .minion folder located in your user folder. (I can give you more info once I know what OS)

Same here

I'm having the same issue, Win7.

Windows 8.1
I went into .mionion and the path is correct.

Deleting .minion worked Thank so very much :)

Can you post your .minion/minion0.log please ?

Edit: oh ok good. glad that worked.

For future reference for others the .minion folder for windows is located under C:\Users\<user name>\.minion. Removing this folder will basically reset Minion.

Fixed

HEEEEY-O, that worked. Thank you kindly.

I sorted this by editing C:\Users\Username\.minion\Minion.xml making sure the game addon path was correct (EU here so it was wrong) and deleted the entries between these.
<addons>
--- delete here ---
</addons>
<auto-updated>
--- delete here ---
</auto-updated>

Reloaded Minion and all was fine

Thank you!! I've been stuck on this for long while now. Even tried uninstalling and re-installing with no avail. Didn't even realize there was a leftover file. Not even Revo Uninstaller picked up that leftover folder in C:\Users\<User>\.minion.

where is the file on OSX??

>> Edit >> Scratch that, it's a hidden folder in the "user" directory
