Control Pet with Gamepad
 

Hi. I've been looking for an addon that does something similar to this, but I couldn't find one. I don't know if it's even possible.

If you play with mouse+keyboard, you can control your pet with the Y key. If you click on an enemy after pressing Y, your pet attacks it and if you click in empty space your pet stops attacking.

With gamepad that's not possible. You can force him to attack other enemies using a heavy attack, but there is no way of preventing him from attacking.

Would it be possible to create an addon that maps any combination of gamepad buttons to make your pet stop attacking at least?

Aren't you able to just move the pad's curor (your reticle) away from an enemy and press the key for attack to stop it?
If not this looks like a bug for me and you should use ingame the /bug command in chat.

I've tried, but I think it doesn't work with gamepad. I'll /bug it and see what they say...
