Lack of spell effects
 

Hi, first of all, please take my apologies for my English. I don't know if I am in good place but i have some problem that I cannot understand. I have ESO graphics on highest possible settings (in game menu), nonetheless i cannot see any flames while using skill e.g. elemental blockade - there is just some texture on the ground (i can't make a ss right now, try to add it later). Same goes with ice and lightning staff. I can see just some snowy/electric textures on the ground. Is there any other way to change graphics settings? Some ini file or something?

My comp:
Graphics: GeForce GTX660 2GB
CPU: i5-4430
RAM: 8 GB
System: Win 7 x64

Those effects where recently changed.

The problem was that it was hard to see enemy AoE with same elemental effects amongst your aoe's. Hence the players are given a less "intrusive" visualisation for the time being.
It will propably changed again.
