The game doesn't see my AddOns...

I read too many posts about this problem and found nothing, my AddOns are in the right folder "C:\Users\tancr\OneDrive\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns" but I don't see them in the in-game menu.

Move them away from OneDrive. TESO is not supporting OneDrive.
