Something similar to Tank

I have been using this very simple "Tank" addon which shows when a target is taunted and how long is left, which is useful in combat with a lot going on: https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1192-Tank.html

Since trying to spot one debuff in an array of icons spread across the screen, which is often the case when large groups are involved, is not always practical, I wondered if anyone could make a similar addon but for Healers which shows how long a target has left when marked with the "Force Siphon" Restoration Staff skill, as I use this a lot to provide groups in dungeons and trials with a sort of "self heal" process when they are attacking bosses and it is very effective, especially in something like Cloudrest, as I can tag Z'Maja and any mini-bosses, large adds, etc and have a few moments to myself for chasing down spears for the portal team, or ress'ing fallen players, knowing that some people at least are getting passive heals while I'm distracted doing that. It would be nice to have a quick way of seeing at a glance if enemies are still tagged with Siphon and how long remains, via the reticle, bearing in mind that the initial skill lasts for 24 seconds and increases to 30 seconds on level IV morphs.

The only thing I'd like to see visually different are the font colours, so as not to confuse them with the "Tank" addon. A colour picker would be a nice addition for >= 30/10/5 second time remaining of Siphon.

Thanks.

If this is a buff on your target you could use the addon Srendarr to define some of the target buffs to show at a special movable buff bar.
You need to activate the abilityId finder to find the id of the buff that players/targets get and you are interested to see on the extra buff bar.
Then create the buff bar, add the abilityId (buff id) to that bar's whitelist and you should see those buffs ONLY at this bar if you move your mouse above an enemy/player and they have that buff active.

Example how a Briarheart cooldown on your self could look like on a movable self buff frame:

Thanks, already had S'rendarr but didn't realise it could be customised to this degree of detail for individual effects.
