i found bug in LibGPS

With this library enabled in ANY addons quest's "Show on map" option (drop down menu) is non-functional
FOR QUESTS in public dungeons/delves/under ground locations at first ATTEMPT.
It will show your position instead
UPD! you must be inside subzone ie city

its not so serious
but its very spreading because many addons using this library

worth to fix, isnt it?
