EVENT_EFFECT_CHANGED only sends the ID of the TARGET. EVENT_COMBAT_EVENT also sends the sourceUnitId, but I am not sure either is sending them all the time. Needs testing.

Managed to work around this issue with a custom framework. Might be a better way though. Still this is relatively clean and painless and allows copy-paste adding of submenus without additional code....
