NA Server, and there's nothing in my live folder other than the addons folder.

That does help though... When I save a screenshot, it saves to:
C:\Users\sean\OneDrive\Documents\Elder Scrolls...

No luck with addons on new Windows 10 install. As you can see I'm 90% sure I have the placement correct, as well as double checking by having minion do it too. But the addon list is completely empty...
