That's right, but that is the game folder itself. Beside that you will also find a folder in your user-directory. The path you posted looks like you work on windows, so I cannot say for sure how it looks, but in General you will have to open your user directory and there you should find:
(My)Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live (for US Megaserver)
and/or
(My)Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/liveeu (for EU Megaserver)
