@Beartram Thanks for answering. I did indeed attempt all of the renames, additions, and subtractions while logged out without success.
As much as it pains me, I am going to attempt first verifying the files/repair then attempt a reinstall to see if it will fix whatever is obviously wrong with the game for me.
