That's not something that can be fixed by an addon. You will have to report it ingame via /bug or on the
official bug report forum.
In general, if it is related to things that happen in the world (3d models, skill effects, animations) it's not possible to do via addons and either way it should not be an addon author's job to fix the game. They do not get payed for that.
