I think it has probably been this way since it was implemented (I just started to use it).

CanJumpToPlayerInZone is returning true for:
* players in Cyrodiil
* players not in the same group and in 4 man dungeons
* players not in the same group and in trials

In all of these cases, the JUMPTOPLAYERRESULT is always 0 also.

Fix please?
