I have the same idea for my Nord nightblade one set
melee close combat with sword&shield and the other set
renger magic dps with Ice staff for snare or Fire for DoT damage and some AoE. Both of them with self-healing.
Other idea is change sword&shiled with

For armor a mix with Heavy and Medium armor for sneak bonus and defense bonus
