I have a guild and an enjin website paid up for a year. I wouldn't object to repurposing it as a addon authoring guild. It's just me, my wife and a couple of other people I haven't talked to recently. It's the top package for enjin so it supports like 50 person teamspeak which in game working on addons will work better than chat due to the UI reloads. The enjin site was really meant for testing addons for things like uploading character profiles.
The name is Anvil, actually The Anvil which is the enjin site, but the in game name was taken. It's a reasonable name for an addon development guild. It does have forums, calendar and such which might be more appropriate for getting help testing an addon, such as organizing group runs.
