also Vel'ia is the name in game
Melad is the pc's name.
but yesterday i had to reinstall steam because i had a problem with other game
but yes i kept all the games on other sub folder re downloaded it and opened eso again to see elderscrolls file in the documents with addons and screenshot folder
BUT same issue i downloaded the addons using minion and putting it on the path you said but didnt work
