Oh wait... D drive, why didn't I try Pasting the path into notepad to see which drive it was in.. Sorry about that, I thought the addon folder would be in the drive the game was installed, entirely my bad.
Yeah, I've just reloaded Minion with this path and the addons are all there - well, I'm thick, I apologize for wasting your time. Thanks for the help!
