Yer, its user.
As i said i am noobish with PCs in general and a friend managed my PC.
Thatīs why itīs "user" only.
But thats just me guessing its user.
I am on the EU Server. Yes.
Edit:
Oh and i keep getting the Patch manifest error (209) after i installed some addons.
Maybe this causes some trouble to not load the Addons ingame?
