It'll maybe not accepted, but if you can add the parameter
characterId to LogOut() it'll be wonderfull.
It'll logout and load the concerned
characterId.
characterId must be valid and must be of the same account that the current logged char of course
If it can save time on Loading Screens, I'll be happy.
