I'd manually copy the addons from the wrong folder (the one you've setup first) and paste them into the new folder.
Start Minion afterwards and they should be shown then.
If not:
Try to uninstall minion and re-install it.
Or maybe it would be enough to delete/rename the minion.xml file so it will be rebuild as you start Minion.
