I just finished the first version of
SaveHouse. Unfortunately I could only test it partially, because in the current PTS version HousingEditorRequestItemPlacement produces a crash to desktop whenever I call it for any item in my inventory in any house. I really hope that you can fix that before Homestead goes live.
