Are they? Word on this has changed more than once so either way would not surprise me. But I see how, just in terms of UI, the console players would be at a disadvantage against a PC player with a dozen addons and a full keyboard. I've added a gamepad (heavily customized, lots of special functions) to my PC and have the best of both (IMO).
