When you reload :

EVENT_PLAYER_DEACTIVATED > EVENT_ADD_ON_LOADED > EVENT_PLAYER_ACTIVATED

pChat intercepts everything between EVENT_ADD_ON_LOADED > EVENT_PLAYER_ACTIVATED

That's this period which is increased due to addons.
