I reenabled all of my typical addons then I started at the top. It is probably too early to be certain but after I disabled the 20 at the top of my list I didn't notice the problem again for the rest of the evening. If it does end up being something related to these then I should be able to narrow it down further. I previously tried disabling all outdated addons and a several more that I thought would be related so:

That leaves Addon Selector, Arch's Enhanced Crafting, Assist Rapid Riding, Auto Recharge, AwesomeGuildStore, ChampionPointRespec, and CombatMetrics. Hmm. That helps quite a bit. It also points to some addons that I have been trying out only recently. With 120+ addons installed it gets hard trying to figure out what might be causing problems.
