Exact same issue since the first date I installed it. It worked great and updated like 2 addons...then I went into the settings and turned autoupdate on and every time I ran it, it claimed to update DBM to same version every time. This is also broken currently with Cursed addon program I do not know if it is a DMB issue or they re-did their addon or something, but this is all I have changed with this app.
Loaded the app - Logged in - Updated addons just fine
Next day turned on auto update - has not updated any addons and nearly half of them have had updates.
Just sits non-stop on the screen saying
"Loading"
Loading ESO Categories.
Loading ESO addons.
Detecting WOW-2 Installed
Addons
Nothing beyong that, have tried uninstall / reinstall. No luck on my end.
