Just a note, to the best of my understanding, it is impossible to actually replace the textures of the target markers in the game world. You can change them on the compass and other UI layers but the actual ones above people's heads in world are untouchable. Although can can have some game textures hover over players that have target markers applied to them it's a pretty limited system, so you might want to temper your expectations on that point at least.
