Templar PvP Bruiser Build

http://esohead.com/calculator/skills...O837mIw316Iw4z

Thoughts on my Char and Build will be appreciated and thanks for reading

Hello i'm Np7ExR6. A little bit of history about me before i dive into my character. I have been gaming for years on a competitive level playing RTS games (Starcraft 12 years, Smite 2 years). I have previous experience in MMO such as Ultima Online, DAoC, and WoW, I played them on a casual level. Back to the present i have been playing Smite witch is a moba type game and i main'ed the Support role for competitive teams. I would like my ESO experience be one driven for the PvP. Like i said before i played all other MMO's on a casual lvl never going into PvP.

So the thoughts of my character
As I said above I only played casual MMO's but competive RTS/Moba. What I am trying to achieve is making a character that i can only describe as a Bruiser.

1. Hard CC
2. High Defense
3. Survivablity
4. Skill/Spell Timed Rotation
5 CC Resilience
6 Debuffs/Buffs
7. Burst

Orc
Heavy Armor (P) - XP +15%
Brawny (P) - max health and stam +6%
Robust (P) - Health regen combat 15%
Swift (P) - Sprint cost -12% sprint speed +15%

Templar
Binding Javelin (A) - Ranged Spear deals dmg and knockback 5m 3sec knockdown
Toppling Charge (A) - Charge target interrupt and stun for 3s
Blazing Spear (A) - AoE dmg 1 target stun 2s Ally Buff stam 25%
Balanced Warrior (P) - wep dmg +4% spell resist +4
Breath of Life (A) - Heals 3 targets (self + 2 allies)
Repentance (AP) - (P) When slotted stam/health regen +15% (A) Restore stam and health Per nerby corpse (Consume corpse = free cast)
Extended Ritual - Remove 1 nefative effect heal allies every 2s/16s

My thoughts for selecting these stats are that they offer 11 options outta the 6 areas i choose to excell in

1. Hard CC - Javelin, Charge, Blazing
2. High Defense - Balanced Warrior
3. Mobility - Charge
4. Survivablity -Repentance, Breath, Ritual
5. Skill/Spell Timed Rotation - Magicka
6. CC Resilience - Ritual
7. Debuffs/Buffs Repentance, Blazing

One Hand and Shield
Ransack (A) - Deals dmg reduce targets armor taunt target 15s self armor increase = armor target lost
Crippling Slash (A) - Deal dmg reduce targets weapon dmg snare target 60% for 9s immobilize target for Xs
Defensive Stance (AP) - (P) Block mitigation +5% Block cost -5% (A) Relect spell progectile stuns caster
Invasion (A) - charge target deal dmg and stun for 2s
Fortress (P) - 1H n SHield abilities -10% cost of blocking -30%
Power Slam (A) - Disorient 12s
Sword and Board (P) - weapon dmg + 5% block mit +20%
Deadly Bash - Bash +100% dmg Cost -50%
Defelct Bolts - Block 15% dmg from projectiles and ranged attacks
Battlefield Mobility - MS +50% while blocking

They offer 17 outta the 6 areas

1. Hard CC - Crippling Slash, Defensive Stance, Inavasion,
2. High Defense - Ransack, Defensive Stance, Fortress, S+B, Deflect Bolts
3. Mobility - Invasion, Battlefield Mobilty
4. Survivablity - Ransack, Fortress, S&B, Deflect Bolts
5. Skill/Spell Timed Rotation - Stamina Cost
6 CC Resilience - Defensive Stance
7 Debuffs/Buffs - Ransack, Crippling Slash

Heavy Armor
Unstopable (A) - Amor spell resist + X for 8s
Resolve (P) - armor base spell resist +3% each piece equip
Constitution (P) - health regen +4% each piece

etc.... The rest can be see on the skill calc only reason I typed the info out was for the readers to see what direction i am leaning towards and what i mean by Bruiser type

again thanks for reading input would be greatly appreciated
