Hi
Im a returning player. I played ESO on launch day for about a month and quit
now im back to play ESO again. my friend recommend that i use addons to improve my gameplay experience.
I have tried downloading the windows 64bit provided here in this website (

however its giving me an error message saying.
( Failed Network Error ). Im using Google chrome. i have tried clearing my browser/cookies
and all the other stuff but still getting the same ol error.
Any help would be appreciated.
