I don't think there is a way to get the other information though.

Yeah, I came to the same conclusion. They work for the campaign you're in when you're in one, and they work for your home campaign from anywhere, but the question is
why don't they work for any campaign anywhere? Or, alternatively (since it's essentially the same question), why is the information they are trying to pull not available outside the campaign?
