REQUEST: Keybindings profile saving/import/export tool

A simple idea: a way to transfer to easily save and import/export keybindings between characters. Perhaps something similar to Joviex's Addon Settings Transfer? I have no idea if this is possible. I've searched for a solution to this simple feature, but I can't seem find one anywhere. From what I have read they are stored on the gameservers and not locally? Is it possible to store them locally anyway so they are transferable? Thanks!

Not updated for the latest patch, but still working if you enable "Allow out of date addons".
