Item Link Question
Hello, I have a question about Item links. In the Wiki, I was able to find a break down of the item link's anatomy. I have question about one section of it: the item ID. So here is an example of an item link:
|H0:item:27063:25:50:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0|h|h
The number 27063 Refer's to the item's ID. I assume this is set somewhere in ESO's database as an item of some sort. So my question is no matter what mods the item has, the ID will always be the same? So let's say the 27063 is the id for The Sword of a Thousand Truths (or something). If one player finds it with 100 damage, and another player finds The Sword of a Thousand Truths with 105 damage and +5 vit, they'll both have an item ID of 27063?
