Addon for Exporing Chat text to a 2nd Monitor?

I was curious if anyone has created an addon that might translate incoming chat information to a desktop app that could then push that information into a 2nd window, thus making it able to move between different monitors.

This could potentially make reading chat information incredibly easier when a member of multiple active guilds, or when zone chat is highly active.
