Chat Tabs to Chat Windows (Multiple Chat Windows)

I've been on the hunt for an addon that will enable more chat windows.
Basically, it'd pull the chat tabs apart from the main window, to be placed some where else.

I found a few, but they are really outdated... Anything out there that I'm not seeing?
